Orders typically take 2-4 business days to deliver via standard shipping depending on where they’re going.

Same Day Delivery orders will only be
fulfilled if they are placed by 12:00 pm, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.

Shipping costs
are not included in the price of the product. Shipping costs are a flat AED 20 (per address)

We know that the boxes are
almost always gifts for your loved ones and so we don’t include receipts or packing slips in any of our boxes. In terms of prices, we make sure to not make the prices visible while keeping the packaging beautiful.
